Art Movement

Explorations of motion and change

27 June - 28 July

Perceptions of movement link the works in this exhibition. Photography, digital video, sculpture and architecture are used with surprising results. All explore ideas of time and motion but many of the works are essentially static.

m3architecture's building stakes its domain using optical vibration; Tom Burless' remake of an astronomical instrumentenhances the differences within parallel images; subtle shifts in Sarah Ryan's lenticular photographs withhold secrets; after viewing Daniel Crooks' digital video, the mundane experience of entering a lift may never be the same. Art Movement also includes works by Paul Bai, Robert Pulie and John Tonkin.
